"I must say, Jimmy Vasser Toyota pays attention to their customers' reviews on Yelp. I received a concerned email from them the day after I left the one-star review describing my parents' bad experience (Thank you Lucas!). The dealership has redeemed themselves by giving the folks a pretty generous discount on a service plus tires when they recently took their car in. My parents are appreciative and I'm impressed that they actually responded to our complaint and made things right! Smart business practice and deserving of a better grade. " - Miss Y.
